The Fun House Mirrors of Phone Sex

Usually I leave them on and take all calls but I just couldn’t. I haven’t done that in months! So I did rest…from 11:30PM until 5:00 this morning when I awoke thinking about some of the calls I get off NF! LOL Ironic huh.
I decided to talk about some of the “myths” of phone sex or as I like to call it, “The Fun House Mirrors of Phone Sex”. This may be done over a few postings only because it encompasses so much stuff!
Every PSO (Phone Sex Operator) has his/her own reasons for doing phone sex. For some its the kicks or just killing some time. Others it is a way to feed families, pay bills and eek out a living. For me, it was a life saver. I have been in this industry for 6 years now. Hard to believe when I think about it. I had lost a good job and could not find one that would support the lifestyle I had. I didn’t have any extra goodies but I did rack up some huge debt that I could afford to pay off when I was working. But the minute I lost my job, I was unable to pay off anything and withing a very short time, even collecting unemployment, I was about to be without a roof over my head. It was depressing. Jobs that were offered, were 1/3 the income I was use to making. It would have cost me to actually go to work!
So I got my start in the Phone sex Business. I mean, how hard could it be? I found out. LOL I had always been an open minded girl and felt I was sexually knowledgeable. I was quickly educated that I wasn’t. I was a babe in the woods and wolves were circling….on both sides.
I learned fast that there was a lot of sexual proclivities out there that I had no inkling of and that men who pay for Phone Sex, expect you to know what they need and do it well. Not an unfair requirment. If you can’t or won’t deal with their kinks, they expect you to tell them instead of trying to muddle through it. So like anyone intersted in doing a job well, I studied and learned. I asked my guys to explain things to me and many of them were happy to do so. I am grateful for their time.
The other side was the Phone Sex Companies. Not all are bad but there are some that would stab their own mothers in the back if they had mothers. My first job was with one of such places. Phone Sex is so competative, that the owners (if working as a PSO), will actually cut their noses to spite their face just to be the “Best”….well as they see it anyway. To my way of thinking, there is NO BEST anywhere. Just DIFFERENT. Each person gives their view of what is hot and what turns them on. How can one person be better than another just because they do things differently. ~shrugs~
I’m constantly learning, constantly trying to give my all to my Phone sex callers. All I can ask is that you give me a call and see if we fit each others needs. So this is the beginning of my thought process and how I got started ….my first Mirror in the Fun house. I will post more next time and continue this thread.
